Fundamental Events Launches 2026 Holiday Catering Menus for Los Angeles Companies
Los Angeles caterer Fundamental Events has released full-service and drop-off holiday menus for corporate and private parties scheduled from November 1 through December 31, 2026. Companies can choose a staffed event or a drop-off meal for an office lunch or smaller team gathering. The full-service option covers food, drinks, staff and rentals for seated dinners, cocktail receptions and venue parties. Its menu features 11 seasonal cocktails; passed bites including Beef Wellington and smoked salmon tartare; and raw bar, dim sum, sushi and carving stations. Desserts include a hot chocolate bar, churros and cannoli. On the drop-off menu, hot entrées start at $8 each with a minimum order of 10. Options include rosemary chicken, herb-roasted turkey breast and slow-roasted beef short ribs. Salad and side trays serve eight to 24 people, and desserts and cookies are sold by the dozen. Both menus identify choices for guests with gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan dietary needs. Fundamental Events serves the Los Angeles metro area, including Downtown, the Westside, Pasadena, the South Bay and the San Fernando Valley. The company says it regularly caters corporate events for 50 to more than 500 guests and recommends booking holiday dates soon. Drop-off orders require a $300 food-and-beverage minimum and 48 hours’ notice.
