Go Culture Café: From TikTok Journey to Dallas Matcha Shop

Go Culture Café opened in July at 5606 Maple Ave., between Oak Lawn and Love Field. Owner Farhan Fallahi, a former fashion designer with no coffee experience, documented the Dallas coffee and matcha shop’s development on TikTok. He shared a logo concept in June 2025. After a plan for a coffee truck fell through, he announced in January 2026 that he had signed a storefront lease. Fallahi’s videos tracked the empty space becoming a café built around the idea of “going for it.” Tucked behind a RaceTrac near Inwood Road, the shop has a minimalist interior, a lime-green bar and seating for about 16 people. A merchandise wall bears the phrase “Delulu is the solulu,” a reference to the ambition behind the project. The menu centers on iced coffee and ceremonial-grade matcha drinks. Signature drinks cost $8.50 to $8.75, and the café does not ask customers to tip. Popular orders include the Saffron Matcha, Strawberry Matcha and Fig Latte; an off-menu, deconstructed Saffron Matcha costs $13 and serves its ingredients separately. Food choices include several kinds of toast, cookies, croissants, matcha cruffins and the Croc Dog, a beef-frank pastry. The Fig Latte contains housemade syrup prepared with real figs. The café has about four bottles of the syrup a day, and the drink often sells out before lunch.
