Time-Based Art Festival TBA:26 in Portland, September 9–13
Portland’s Time-Based Art Festival, TBA:26, runs September 9–13, 2026, across various venues in the city. Organized by the Portland Institute for Contemporary Art, the festival program includes performances, artist talks, installations, music and community events. A $250 Full Pass covers admission to performances as well as access to TBA:26 exhibitions and programs. Individual tickets are also available. Reservations are required for every ticketed program, including for Full Pass holders. PICA states that all TBA:26 venues are ADA-accessible for people using mobility aids.
