PSV Eindhoven has turned down an improved £6 million offer from Rangers for winger Couhaib Driouech. The 24-year-old player is now attracting interest from Burnley and Celta Vigo, both of whom have entered the race for his signature. Reports suggest that Driouech has a slight preference for Celta Vigo, which could complicate Rangers' pursuit. Meanwhile, Monaco is focusing on another winger, Fares Ghedjemis, who is currently with Frosinone.
