Colorscape Chenango Arts Festival in Norwich, September 12–13
Colorscape Chenango Arts Festival returns to East and West Parks in downtown Norwich on September 12 and 13, 2026. The free festival is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, bringing a two-day arts program to the city’s downtown parks.
