Reflecting on the rejuvenating Princeton Yoga Fest 2026
Just got back from the Princeton Yoga Fest 2026, and it was such a rejuvenating experience. The morning community yoga session at Hinds Plaza was a perfect way to start the day, with instructors Jen Stewart and Anne Bambino leading us through a family-friendly practice. Afterward, I wandered through the Mindfulness Market at the Arts Council of Princeton. So many vendors offering self-care products, wellness items, and even some delicious healthy snacks. It was great to see local artisans and businesses coming together to promote well-being. The highlight for me was the Silent Disco Flow in the evening. Practicing yoga with music transmitted through wireless headphones created such an immersive and personal experience. Plus, the live Ney instrumentals during the closing meditation added a unique touch. Events like these remind me of the power of community and mindfulness. Already looking forward to next year's fest!
