The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow has recently announced the launch of its Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence and Business Analytics program, aimed at higher secondary graduates. This innovative undergraduate offering features a unique pathway that allows students to transition into a Tech-MBA program, which is set to commence in the academic year 2027-28. With an initial intake of 60 seats, admissions will be determined based on academic performance and JEE Advanced qualifications. Applications for this inaugural batch opened on June 4, 2026, and will close on July 3, 2026. The admission process includes multiple lists, with the first being released on July 10. Students who complete the three-year BS program may qualify for the Tech-MBA, creating a seamless dual-degree opportunity. Notably, a 5% relaxation in qualifying marks is available for candidates from SC and ST categories, in line with government regulations. The curriculum is designed to blend technology and management, covering essential topics such as machine learning, data engineering, and business analytics. Students will benefit from access to specialized laboratories and an AI ecosystem that supports hands-on learning. This program aims to equip students with the skills necessary for future roles in diverse sectors, including technology, healthcare, and consulting, ensuring they are well-prepared for the evolving job market.
