Hotel & Resort Innovation Expo 2026 to Bring 15,000 Hospitality Professionals to London
Hotel & Resort Innovation Expo 2026 is scheduled for ExCeL London on 29 and 30 September, with around 15,000 hospitality professionals and more than 300 exhibitors expected to attend. The business-to-business event will bring together hotel owners, resort operators, buyers, technology providers and suppliers responding to changing guest expectations and operational demands. Companies and decision-makers will cover hotel technology, workforce management, artificial intelligence, payments, cleaning, energy, food and beverage, entertainment and operational services. Exhibitors associated with the event include Access Hospitality, Cloudbeds, ENGIE Power, Food Alert, Hotel TV Company, Numatic, Sage, SumUp, Unox UK and WRS. The programme will address AI, automation, cloud-based hotel management, digital payments, energy efficiency, foodservice, hotel design and guest entertainment. Suppliers are expected to demonstrate tools for property operations, revenue management, staffing, guest communication and business intelligence as operators work to reduce repetitive tasks while maintaining personal service. International participation is expected, with the exhibitor directory linking companies to the UK, Germany, Italy, China, the Netherlands and the United States, among other markets. Organisers have yet to publish a final country-by-country breakdown for the 2026 edition. Sustainability will also feature through exhibitors involved in energy, packaging, equipment and waste management. The event is due to run from 10:00 to 16:00 on both days at ExCeL London.
