Woman Completes 75-Mile Walk for Stoke-on-Trent Church in Just Two Days
Katie Simpson recently undertook an impressive challenge, completing a 75-mile walk in just two days to raise funds for Christ Church in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent. This Grade II-listed church is in need of significant repairs, particularly to its heating system, which will cost over £7,000. Motivated by the church's plight, Simpson set off on her journey on July 3, beginning at the church and making her way to her family's caravan in Prestatyn, Denbighshire, with a planned overnight stop in Chester.
