Northlake Community Days Festival Returns July 24–26
The highly anticipated Northlake Community Days festival is just around the corner, taking place from July 24 to July 26, 2026, at the Grant Park Recreation Center. Kicking off on Friday at 3:00 PM, this exciting event promises a weekend filled with fun, featuring thrilling rides, engaging games, delicious food vendors, and a lively DJ to keep the energy high. The carnival will be open for enjoyment on Friday from 6:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Saturday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM. A spectacular fireworks display is set to light up the night sky on Saturday at 9:30 PM, with a rain date planned for Sunday, ensuring that everyone gets a chance to enjoy this dazzling show. Sunday is packed with activities that cater to the whole family. From 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, car enthusiasts can admire classic vehicles at the Classic Car Show held at Centerpoint Preserve. Early risers can also enjoy a delicious Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Grant Park for just $5. Other Sunday highlights include BINGO starting at 1:00 PM, Inflate-A-Fest from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and the popular Touch-A-Truck event from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, where kids can explore various vehicles up close.
