# TERMS OF SERVICE **Last updated:** December 16, 2025 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Khora (“Company”) governing access to and use of the Khora website and related online services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. ## **1. Age Requirements** The Service and the features offered are intended exclusively for users who are **18 years of age or older**. By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Access to the Service by minors is not permitted. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If access by a minor is detected or reported, the related account will be immediately suspended or terminated. ### **1.1 Declaration of Legal Age** During access to or registration for the Service, the User may be required to confirm their legal age through self-declaration. It is prohibited to publish, share, or distribute content that: - Contains offensive, defamatory, obscene material, or content that incites hatred. - Promotes discrimination, violence, illegal, or harmful activities. - Violates intellectual property rights or the privacy of others. - Displays explicit nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornography. - Promotes ambiguous or sexually suggestive encounters, or content targeted in an exclusive or discriminatory manner toward a specific gender. ### **3.2 Content Moderation** The Service uses both automated and manual moderation systems to ensure a safe and respectful environment: - Textual content is analyzed for toxicity using artificial intelligence tools (Perspective API). - Content that does not comply with the guidelines may be automatically flagged as invisible and/or removed. ### **3.3 Automated Analysis of Multimedia Content** - **Photos:** Images are analyzed to detect nudity, sexual activity, erotic content, sex toys, and the presence of minors. - **Videos:** Videos are analyzed to detect inappropriate content, such as explicit nudity, sexually explicit behavior, or the presence of minors. **Disciplinary actions:** Content deemed inappropriate may be marked as non-visible or removed. ### **3.4 Reporting and Blocking** - **Reporting:** Users may report inappropriate content or behavior using the “Report” feature. - **Blocking:** Users may block unwanted users to prevent undesired interactions. ### **3.5 Videos and Copyright** Users agree to upload only videos and content for which they own the rights or have obtained all necessary authorizations. It is prohibited to upload videos that: - Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties. - Contain copyrighted material without authorization, including music, films, television programs, or other audiovisual works. - Include logos, trademarks, or copyrighted symbols without the consent of the rights holder. In the event of a violation, the Company reserves the right to: - Immediately remove the infringing content. - Suspend or terminate the responsible user’s account. - Report the violation to competent authorities if required. **User Responsibility** The User assumes full responsibility for the content uploaded and guarantees compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights. ### **3.6 Disciplinary Actions** The Company reserves the right to: - Remove inappropriate content within 24 hours of a report. - Suspend or terminate accounts responsible for abusive content or behavior. ### **3.7 Immediate and Irreversible Ban** To ensure a safe and respectful environment, the Company applies a zero-tolerance policy toward certain behaviors. The following actions result in an immediate and irreversible ban: - Posting sexually suggestive, ambiguous, or misleading content disguised as social events (e.g., “massage for women only”, “looking for female companionship”, etc.). - Sending offensive, harassing, or discriminatory messages. - Sharing pornographic or violent material. - Any attempt to use the Service for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to the spirit of the community. - Once enforced, the ban is not subject to appeal. ## **4. Collection and Use of Personal Data** ### **4.1 Data Collected** By using the Service, you agree that we may collect the following data: - **Registration data:** Name, email address, and information provided during registration. - **User-generated content:** Text, images, videos, comments, and other published content. - **Usage data:** Information about how you use the Service, including interactions, activity history, and preferences. - **Location data (optional):** User-provided city, converted into latitude and longitude coordinates. ### **4.2 Use of Geographic Coordinates** - Coordinates are **NOT** collected via device GPS but derived from the city provided by the User. - They do not represent precise real-time location and are not continuously monitored. - Estimated location is used solely to personalize Service content. **User Choice:** Providing a city is optional; however, some features may be limited without it. ### **4.3 Data Sharing** We do not share your personal data with third parties except in the following cases: - **Third-party service providers:** Content moderation (Sightengine, Perspective API), analysis (OpenAI). - **Legal obligations:** Upon request by governmental authorities. - **Mergers or acquisitions:** With prior notice where required. ### **4.4 Public Visibility and Content Indexing** Some content published by users may be **publicly visible on the web** and **indexed by search engines** (e.g., Google). In particular, the following may be publicly accessible: - Posts marked as public - User profile image - Username and profile bio - Content excerpts or previews Such content may be accessible to individuals who are not registered with the Service and to users outside the platform. The User acknowledges that, once indexed, content may remain visible in search engine results for a period beyond the Company’s control, even after removal from the Service. Public content is intended for adult users, in accordance with the nature and purpose of the Service. The Service is not directed at minors and is not designed to attract users under the age of 18. The User is responsible for carefully evaluating which content is made public. ### **4.5 Data Protection** We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Content Deletion** ### **5.1 Deletion Process** - When a user deletes content (posts, photos, videos, audio), it is permanently removed from our servers. - Deleted content will no longer be accessible. ### **5.2 Temporary Backups** - Deleted data may be retained for **seven days** in backup copies, used solely for: - Service restoration in case of errors. - Disaster recovery operations. - After seven days, backups are permanently deleted. ### **5.3 Limitations and Guarantees** The Company does not guarantee immediate removal from temporary caches or third-party systems. ## **6. Limitation of Liability** The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the Service or from content moderation activities. ## **8.
