Join us for the "Wild in our Town" event on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Philip & Jerry Miller Library in Castle Rock. This annual public education program offers insights into local wildlife, featuring presentations from natural resource staff and law enforcement representatives. Learn about coyotes, bears, deer, mountain lions, and more, with tips on avoiding human-wildlife conflicts and observing wildlife responsibly. Real wildlife displays will be available for hands-on learning. The event is free and open to all ages; no registration is required.
