Azerbaijan's Culture Minister Adil Karimli recently engaged in discussions with U.S. and Italian diplomats to explore avenues for enhancing cultural cooperation. Emphasizing the Azerbaijani government's commitment to culture and creative industries, he highlighted the importance of partnerships in areas such as architecture and design. The long-standing collaboration between Azerbaijan and Italy was noted as a strong foundation for expanding bilateral relations, particularly in the preservation of cultural heritage and restoration projects. Italian Ambassador Luca Di Gianfrancesco expressed Italy's eagerness to deepen cultural ties, reflecting on the impactful contributions of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Italy. The meetings also addressed the upcoming 7th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue, set to take place in Azerbaijan later this year.
