Labour cooperative ULCCS’s unit U-Sphere plans national play by next year
U-Sphere, the EPC subsidiary of Kerala's labour cooperative ULCCS, is set to expand its operations across India by next year, building on its success in southern states. With a focus on innovative construction techniques, particularly in steel structures, U-Sphere aims to enhance project speed and quality while providing comprehensive EPC solutions. The company has secured projects worth ₹50-60 crore and is targeting a substantial order book of ₹7,500 crore over the next five years. U-Sphere's commitment to its workforce is evident, as all profits are shared among its 18,000 labourers, reflecting ULCCS's century-long legacy of cooperative values. As it explores opportunities in the Middle East, U-Sphere is also planning significant investments in infrastructure and skilled manpower to support its pan-India ambitions.
