Recent research from Swansea University has conducted the largest comparison of wellbeing-focused interventions for adults, analyzing 183 randomized controlled trials involving nearly 23,000 participants. The study highlights that various approaches, including mindfulness, yoga, exercise, and positive psychology, all contribute positively to wellbeing, with the most significant benefits observed when combining physical activity with psychological interventions.
