Join us in the City of Milton this Memorial Day, May 25, 2026, at 10 AM for a moving ceremony dedicated to honoring our fallen veterans. The event will be held at The Green at Crabapple Market, a beautiful setting that encourages community gathering and reflection. Attendees can look forward to live patriotic music that will set a solemn yet uplifting tone for the day. We are proud to feature remarks from local veterans who will share their experiences and insights, reminding us of the sacrifices made for our freedom. The keynote address will be delivered by 1st Lt. Ginny Dornheggen (Ret.), a courageous combat nurse from the Vietnam War. Her powerful story and dedication to service will inspire all who attend. Mayor Peyton Jamison will also take a moment to express his gratitude and honor the memory of those who have given their lives in service to our country. This ceremony is not just an event; it’s a heartfelt opportunity for residents to come together as a community. It’s a chance to reflect on the sacrifices made by our heroes and to ensure their bravery is never forgotten.
